What if I’m running late?

We understand that delays happen. You have a 20-minute grace period if you’re late. However, if you exceed this buffer, we may not be able to accommodate your session slot.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

  • Rescheduling within less than 48 hours will incur a fee of Rs. 600.
