What we offer

100% eggless variants of all 22 catalogue cakes: birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, festivals.
Recipes adapted per sponge: yogurt for chocolate and red velvet, condensed milk for vanilla and citrus, flax-seed paste for dense and nutty sponges.
All buttercream, ganache and cream cheese frostings are eggless by default.
Wedding cakes can split: egg cutting tier, eggless serving tiers. Standard for many families.
Vegan option (no egg, no dairy) on 24-hour notice.

Is there a price difference for eggless?
No. Same price as the egg version. The ingredient cost balances out.
Will my guests notice it's eggless?
For chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, pistachio: no. A trained baker might tell with chiffon-based cakes; a regular guest will not.
Can wedding cakes be partially eggless?
Yes. Bottom (cutting) tier in egg, upper tiers eggless.
Is vegan the same as eggless?
No. Eggless removes eggs only. Vegan removes eggs AND dairy. Vegan adds ~12% to price because of vegan butter and cream substitutes.
Do you use baking powder or baking soda substitutes?
Standard leavening agents: same as a regular cake. Only the binding (eggs) changes.
