How we get cake to your door.

Chennai: Anna Nagar, Anna Nagar East, T. Nagar, Adyar, Velachery, Nungambakkam, Besant Nagar, Mylapore, Kilpauk, Egmore, OMR up to Sholinganallur. Delivery partners cover up to 150 km from the Anna Nagar kitchen. Other Chennai pincodes ask at checkout, often yes.

Hyderabad: Hafeezpet, Madhapur, Kondapur, Gachibowli, Hitec City, Miyapur, Manikonda, Financial District, Begumpet, Secunderabad. Delivery partners cover up to 150 km from the Hafeezpet kitchen. Other Hyderabad pincodes ask at checkout, often yes.

We do not currently ship between cities or outside these two service areas. If you need a cake somewhere else, write to us, we may know a trustworthy bakery there.

• Little cakes, delivered (city centre only): 60 minutes from order confirmation if you pick “Today” on the design card. 60-min ordering runs 10am to 6pm. The same designs can also be scheduled for any future date.
• Same-day: for shop products ordered before 2pm. Two windows, 5pm to 9pm.
• Custom cakes: we agree a 90-minute window during the sales call. Updates by WhatsApp on the day.
• Wedding and bulk orders: we deliver before the event window you give us, with a buffer of one hour minimum.

• Free on orders ₹1,500 and above within standard zones.
• ₹150 flat under ₹1,500.
• ₹250 for outer zones (beyond standard pincodes, by quote).
• Express slot adds ₹200 over standard fee.

Cakes leave the kitchen in a thermal-insulated box on a chilled bag. Tiered cakes are dowelled internally and packed with corner braces. Sugar flowers and delicate elements travel in a separate box and are assembled on arrival by the delivery partner. Express orders travel by bike with a thermal back-box.

Please be reachable on the number you gave at checkout for the full 30 minutes before the slot opens. Our delivery partner waits up to 10 minutes at the address. After that we attempt one redelivery the next available slot, which carries the standard fee.

Check the cake on receipt. If anything is off (damage, wrong design, late temperature), tell the partner before they leave, then send us photographs on WhatsApp. See the refunds policy for resolution.

If we cannot deliver because the address is wrong, the phone is off, or no one is home for the full window, the cake comes back to our kitchen. We attempt redelivery once at the standard fee. After that, the cake is donated to our charity partner because we cannot resell it. No refund in this case.

On Diwali, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Holi, and the wedding season weekends, slots fill 7 to 14 days in advance. Express may be paused. We will tell you the next available slot honestly at booking instead of overcommitting.
