Direct answer
Our mango cake uses fresh Banganapalli mangoes during the season (May–July). Mango cream and dried mango chips between vanilla bean sponges. A 1 kg cake is ₹1,050. Out of season we recommend other flavours rather than using frozen pulp.
We get our mangoes from a single grower in Krishnagiri. They arrive twice a week. We do not freeze pulp. When the season ends, we move to other flavours rather than fake the freshness.
Can I order in August?
Honestly, no. The mango is what makes this cake. We'll suggest something else for you.
Is there a vegan version?
Yes. Coconut cream, lighter mango fold, exact same finishing.
