Rose pistachio is our most ordered wedding cake. Sponge with crushed Iranian pistachio, a thin rose syrup soak, finished in white chocolate ganache. A 1 kg cake starts at ₹1,150. Common at weddings, anniversaries, and grown-up birthdays.
Aanya designed this for her own mother's 60th. The rose is light enough that nobody calls it a 'rose cake'; the pistachio holds the centre. It became a wedding standard within six months.
Is this very 'rose-water-y'?
No. We use a thin syrup, not extract. The pistachio is the louder note.
Vegan version?
Yes. The vegan version uses coconut cream ganache; the rose holds up beautifully.
