Step 1
Arrive · Aprons on
Five minutes before your slot. Aprons on, washed up, your baker walks you to your workstation.
Step 2
Mix the batter
Weigh, sift, mix, fold. The baker walks you through every step of bringing a batter together.
Step 3
Layer the cake
Stack the sponge layers, fill with buttercream, smooth the sides.
Step 4
Decorate
Frost, pipe, finish however you'd like. Photos as you go.
Step 5
Boxed and out
Into a Platestory box. Walk out with the cake you just made, ready to share.

Closed-toe shoes please. We provide the apron and hair-net for the session. Roll up long sleeves.

We use all four daily. The kitchen is not allergen-free. If you have a serious allergy, WhatsApp us before booking.
Reschedule policy
Free up to 48h before
Inside 48 hours, the full amount becomes a 60-day credit transferable to any other date or person.

How long does the session take?
Exactly an hour of hands-on time. We ask you to arrive 5 minutes early so the apron fitting doesn't eat into your slot.
Can I bring kids?
Yes. The parent-child slot is designed for one adult + one child, age 6 and up. Younger children, please WhatsApp us first.
What if I'm late?
We hold your slot for 10 minutes. Beyond that the dough is past its window, so we'll have to reschedule. Reschedule is free up to 48 hours before.
Are there allergens in the kitchen?
We use dairy, eggs, wheat, and tree nuts daily. The kitchen isn't allergen-free; if you have a serious allergy please WhatsApp us before booking.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, washable clothes. Closed-toe shoes. We provide the apron and hair-net.
Can I take photos?
Encouraged. We'll happily take photos of you too if you ask. We may share session photos on Instagram unless you tell us not to.
How do I reschedule?
From the confirmation WhatsApp, reply with a new preferred date. Free up to 48 hours before; after that the payment becomes a 60-day credit.
Can I gift this to someone?
