At Platestory, we believe every celebration deserves more than just a dessert—it deserves a story. Founded in Chennai, our journey began with a simple but powerful dream: to transform moments into lasting memories through extraordinary cakes and desserts.

The spark was ignited by Nazreen Saleem, our original visionary and co-founder, who started experimenting with elevated dessert experiences in her home kitchen. Her passion for creating beautifully crafted sweets soon caught the attention of Vamsi Bhogi, an IIT Madras alumnus with a shared vision for excellence. Together, they transformed Platestory from a homegrown endeavor into a premium dessert atelier where artistry, craftsmanship, and flavor come together.
