Most of our corporate work falls into three patterns.
Monthly birthday batches. An HR or admin person sends us a list at the start of the month: 8 names, 8 dates. We deliver one cake per birthday person on the morning of, all bundled into a 12pm batch slot. Each cake is small (500g or 1 kg), simple buttercream finish, name piped in. Per-cake price is our standard. We send one consolidated GST invoice.
Product launches. Larger cake, edible logo print on top, branded ribbon, often delivered to coincide with an internal announcement. Sheet cakes (rectangular) work better than tiered for this use — easier to serve from a single table, fits more brand surface. Standard sheet sizes: 1 kg (serves 20), 2 kg (serves 40), 3 kg (serves 60).
Farewell cakes. Senior people's farewell cakes are usually nicer than birthday batches — slightly bigger, slightly more decoration, often with the leaving person's name and a 'thank you' message. We do these in a 1.5 kg single tier as the default.
Delivery to office buildings — we navigate security desks ourselves. The driver carries the GST invoice and any branded printout for the receptionist. We have running accounts with several Hyderabad and Chennai tech corporates and can set up monthly billing rather than per-order payment.
Payment: cards, UPI, NEFT, monthly invoicing for accounts.
